9/11 Never Forget 23 years

 Morning, a quick tribute to our fallen nine 11 and Benghazi is your House a Hoarder House as well as REO of the Week, Apple Home of the Week, Mountain View Home of the Week, and the Santa Clara County 40 days on market. Let's get moving here. Boink.

There we go. Now we're okay. September 11th tough day. Every year, I met two people who went into Tower 2. I think about them every year and know I will never forget them. Also, it's the same date, 12 years ago of the Benghazi attack. We lost four Americans and 10 were injured there.

I want to make sure everybody who watches this understands that's part of life when you're in service to the government, whether you like it or not, that's how it is. If you don't like it or you do like it, make sure you vote. That's coming up November 5th and it's our duty and right to vote for who you feel is the right candidate.

Okay, let's go on to lighter topics here. A woman buys a hoarder home and reveals amazing finds. I've done quite a few hoarder homes before in my life, but if you look at this To the ceiling, to the top, to the roof, stuffed animals,


crazy, right? When I first got into real estate, I walked into a house and there was so much cigarette smoke in there, I had to get out within a minute because it was just so gross and disgusting to me. It was so caked that everything inside the house was just a stench of smoke. And whether you smoke or not, whatever, I don't care.


But when you try to sell your house, don't continue to sell it, smoking it. And the entire house was filled to the roof with boxes of just stuff, paperwork, you name it. I had to get out of there. My client actually stayed in there for a couple of minutes talking to the seller while he continued to smoke.


And you can actually see layers as you walked in, Disgusting scene I've ever seen. We do manage those. If it's something that you have, I understand that's the situation. Sometimes you have to deal with hoarders. We do deal with it here in the Silicon Valley.


It's not a big deal. We can paint it, get rid of the old carpet, get rid of everything, and make it look new. But if you have a family member that needs to move and they're hoarders, you're going to need some extra work.

I don't know if this is bank-owned or not. I'm trying to dig in and see, but because it's brand new built in 2024, this is a condo, three bedroom, three bath. This is supposed to be bank-owned. I don't think it probably isn't, but for some reason, they have a whole line of open houses.

Go take a look. And then this is apple house of the week, 2. 3 million, three bedroom, two bath built in 1961, flat roof. It's like an Eichler, maybe an Eichler. That's awesome. I love how. This works. 62 listings all around Apple. Found it. Oh no, that's a different one. All right. We'll use this one.

Mountain View home of the week. This one is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, 4, 100 square feet. There's an ADU back there, a three-car garage with a pool. It's an awesome deal for 5 million. Puts the 20 million into perspective though, when you think about it, right? When we look at luxury homes on Monday, there are 22, 23, 30 million dollars. This is just a step down from it, it's not close to downtown Castro Street. We're not going to be able to look today.
