NAR, Move named in new lawsuit for fake leads |Santa Clara County High's and Low's

Introduction and Overview

National Association of Realtors, move. com, Realtor. com are being sued for selling fake leads redundant leads or recycled leads to agents. More foreclosures on the block and Los Gatos House of the Week and list price reductions. And, high lows, let's get moving

All right.

Realtor.com and Fake Leads Scandal

NAR, Move named in new lawsuit for fake leads

There's not much to read here, but eight agents across different cities named National Association Realtors, which holds companies like Move. com, homes. com, realtor. com those companies would turn around and resell leads over and over again.

So here's the problem with this, right? You as an unsuspecting consumer say, I'm interested in this home two, three, four years ago, and you still get calls from these agents they're different agents and it seems like it'll never end. They're called, lead aggregator sites. That's all they are.

And what these. Companies have done this, and I know people that have worked for them, have taken those leads and sold them and resold them, and they don't care. And they supercharge agents, unsuspecting agents, right? You get the ones that are brand new in the market, they don't know any different, and they don't care.

They send them these leads saying, Hey, these are good leads. Go follow up on them. They're just names. Basically. They're not leads. They're a waste of money and they're stealing money from these agents and shame on them. I did it with homes. com for six months. And it was horrible. It was a horrible experience and they lock you into these contracts and guys, it's not just those places it's Zillow and all these other places that do it.

They sell your information to agents Multiple agents will be following up on you. So my suggestion is to be aware of what you sign up for. it's not just the real estate industry, It's insurance, it's contractors, Angie's list all of them do it. If you sign in for information,

You're going to get a follow-up from somebody else, not that specific company. You're going to get a follow-up from a licensed insurance agent or a contractor. Whatever a lawyer, don't do it. Ask for referrals, ask your friends who they use and if they're worthwhile, because you don't know who you're getting you might get some shady fly by night, just got into the industry type agent or contractor or lawyer

And they don't know their head from the hole in the ground. And just be careful. So don't sign up for those leads. There you go.

Foreclosures and Market Impact

St. Louis 222 Unit on Auction Block

This is St. Louis. This is another apartment that is going into foreclosure and will be auctioned off for pennies on the dollar. I'm just showing you this as a part of the house of cards that could collapse our economy,

Aurora Building with Venezuelan Gangs Shutdown

This business is happening all across the United States. And I mentioned St. Louis a lot, but there's one right there for you. And here's one in Aurora. Colorado. And if you know anything about it, it's the Venezuelan gangs. they've actually shut down this entire thing because the police and the government are not doing anything to protect.

The landlord and you might think, Oh, shame on them. This guy spent 10, 12 million on a house, on a apartment. And he's trying to make this into living conditions for people. And the Venezuelan gangs kick these people out. The government and the police aren't doing anything. So shame on them. I should recall this, the shame on your corner.

Las Gatos House of the Week

Los Gatos Home of the Week

Las Gatos house of the week. This thing is a beautifully built 1900 square-foot house for two and a half million dollars. The reason why I like it is because it's within walking distance of downtown Las Gatos. I Love Las Gatos. I love hanging out there.

Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1900 square feet on the market.

Price Reductions

Oh, it looks like it's coming soon. Again, not my listing. And I want to say that this is right here. And there's a bunch of other ones that you can take a look at. If you're interested in looking at houses in Las Gatos, let me know. there are 212 price reductions in Santa Clara County.

this is one of them in 95123. near Herman. If you think your house is worth X and you're 60 days on the market, you've overpriced the house. Doesn't matter what it looks like inside.

I'm not going to be able to show you because the bandwidth is done for bedroom two bath, almost 2000 square feet built in 1967. The original list price was 1. 7. Now it's down 1. 6 guys listed low, sell it high, bring in your buyers, and let them bid it up. you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Highs and Lows in Real Estate

Santa Clara County High's and Low's

I just did that with the listing, right down the street and it's getting a lot of traffic 8. 5 million was the highest sold house. It was listed at just under 8 million and sold for 13 percent over the list price. That's how you sell a house, right?

Low sole price. This one was in Gilroy, 805, 000 sold for 1 percent over the list price. these guys are market makers. They're trying to sell a 30 million. These are the same ones that were on sale for the last 120-plus days. I'm Vito with Abitano. We'll see you out there.
