Controversy Over Tiny Home Site Sale

Why do we care about this? It's because it's not being managed correctly. The County is like, Hey, no, this place is a shithole. I'm not going to deal with it. You guys got to fix this thing up or else we're not buying it. If you know anything about it, it's right here. On the corner, everybody was up, up and arms with, Hey, I don't like this.


We don't want this, but it still went through. 


Government Mismanagement and Public Frustration


And it's because when you let the city or any government take care of something that should be privatized, it gets. Neglected just like my park. La Colina Park is completely neglected right now. We joke about it. Half the lawn was mowed last week and all of a sudden the lawnmower guy disappeared and then they had movie night where we don't even know where the people sat but yeah the grass is knee-high right now.

My dogs get lost in it because the grass is so high. Same thing here. The county or the city. It's hard to decide what's going on with this. They think that they have the answers but at the end of the day, They don't have the answers because they're not managing it correctly and it happens every time the Government gets involved with everything and I don't care what side of the aisle you go.


By the way, on november 5th go out and vote get your go register, right? Here's the thing county plans to use the 8 million dollar grant from the state To purchase tiny home sales, but it's a jail diversion program It's not helping anybody this program has been completely neglected just like everything else has done and it's sad It's really sad that this is happening because these people deserve better.

This is like the Sarah Winchester mystery house because there's no way that this was built in 1974 I can guarantee you that it's a nice house in Cupertino up in the hills, but maybe it was built in 74, but I don't know right here's where McLellan ranch reserve is And let's see that's De Anza Stevens Creek Boulevard foothill. So it's not exactly in, but you're up on the top of the hill there. If you're interested in looking, take a look. It's only 4 million. 


Willow Glen and Luxury Listings

Willow Glenn house of the week. It's one right here. Five bedrooms, five and a half baths, completely brand new.


Yeah. The reason why I chose this is because it's within walking distance to Lincoln Ave, which is the main street in Willow Glen, you can walk downtown, have some dinner, and walk back, This is a beautiful house, worth every penny. This is a mild 5 million and it's been on the market for 11 days.

Luxury Home of the Week

This thing's going to go pretty quick And the luxury house of the week, Atherton tall wood court, not my listing mere 28 million, six bedrooms, seven full baths, two half baths. Couldn't tell you what to do with all that. Almost an acre, almost 11, 000 square feet built in 2024. This thing is just gorgeous Everything about it. YTD SALES 12 Bay Area Counties

We're still number one As far as a number of sales, Alameda is coming up close as well as Contra Costa County.


San Mateo is still the top seed when it comes to average sales price. Santa Clara's average sales price is almost 2. 3 million dollars. That's crazy, right? And we're coming in at about seven percent over the list price. So far year to date, we're almost at 9, 000 total listings just in Santa Clara County this week, we have 213 new listings. Year to date, we've had 6, 700 homes get into contract. 163 of those were done just this week.
