 Did you feel it? Did you feel the earthquake yesterday? I surely did not. I don't know what it is, but I haven't been feeling earthquakes lately.  


So today we're talking about, Santa Clara County's highs and lows, the winner of the week. This is a new segment that I'm going to try out.

If you've felt that this is from earlier this week, some friends of mine and Chico's saw a video of their pool rocking and rolling, which is Chico's like right around here. Did you feel it? I wanted to give you a broad view.

Broadview winner of the week. Look at this bad boy. Let's see if I can find it. There it is. Four bedroom, two bath, 1, 100 square feet, 5, 000 square foot house on the market eight days. Now this is a trust sale means it has to go to court and all this other stuff. It's a nasty thing. But boy, look at this house. It looks like it should be out in the country.

I saw one that was out in the country. It's been on the market for a long time because There are tenants in it but let's take a look inside Look at this bad boy it feels like everything needs to be gutted Look at that water heater, that's not in compliance.

There's your heater stove pipe. And a wall heater But look at the walls can you believe people actually live like that? He even points out this is what you're getting. I'm not hiding anything. Crack in the stucco. There's a big old crack in the wall. Like it fell off Yeah, there you go. Broken windows, and a nice jail bathroom. Look at that linoleum floor. Imagine what was in that house before they cleaned it out. Value is in the land for a mere eight, 750, 000.

That's what you get for 750, 000 in Santa Clara County today. There you go.

Los Gatos House of the Week, San Benito Drive, not my listing, six bedroom, five bath, 5, 700 square foot. Wow. I like the look the feel of this. It's classic. It's 1918. It's over a hundred years old and it's walking distance to downtown  Santa Cruz Ave or downtown Los Gatos.

You can walk, and stumble home. There you go. You can take a quick look inside. I love this. Look at that old rustic look and feel. There's a big pantry here. That's part of the kitchen very cool.

That's a nice looking house this one with reduced price looks like A four-bedroom two bath 1500 square feet built in 1971. the reason why it's not selling is because it's on a busy street priced at what the average houses sell for in that neighborhood, even though it might look nice and pretty inside, which it really doesn't.

And the agent takes the crappy pictures instead of paying for a professional photographer, they don't stage. So they're just hoping and praying. The four P's put a house on the market. Put a post out, and put on the MLS for an offer. There you go. Nothing else. 8.7 million was the highest sold home.

Look at this bad boy. This thing's beautiful. It was 8.7 million. Los Altos Hills. Man, this is a great buy. Look at the view. Big old built-in fireplace. Look at that view guys. Holy cow. These links are in my blog, so make sure you take a look. That is a beautiful house. Congratulations to whoever bought that. Hope you enjoy it. A beautiful pool.

And then let's see.

There you go. Gilroy, 765, 000, three bedrooms, one bath, 1100 square feet built in 1972. I bet this is a lion home. Definitely completely upgraded. Looks like they might've flipped it too. They didn't do anything in the backyard or the side yard.

That's your highs and lows of the week. Del Porto Canyon and La Vida Real are stuck on the market because nobody wants to drive an hour and a half to get to their house. La Vida Real is just overpriced and they don't care. They're at 90 days on the market today.
